If Korrin tries to leave, he'll yowl and wait for her, or if she takes too long then he'll come looking for her and hunt Korrin down, perhaps with some help this time. Few people really know just how well-trained he is because that's all part of the act - have him look like a silly pet she dotes on and no one really pays attention to him when he appears and warns her of trouble or fetches exactly what she asks him to.
